CHSDA promotes policy initiatives which further the goal of a human services system that encourages self-sufficiency of families and communities, and protects vulnerable children and adults from abuse and neglect.
Rulemaking
CHSDA works with state and federal rule-making bodies to monitor and influence the rule-making process on issues that impact the Colorado human services delivery system.
